In November 2019, Mr Lee was invited to attend the 44th Annual Conference of The Association of Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeons of India.
This year’s Conference was held between the 13th and 16th of November in Bangalore.
On Wednesday 13th attended a pre-Conference event led by Programme Coordinator Dr Akshay Shety, Professor & Head of the Department of Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery at the Sri Rajiv Gandhi College of Dental Sciences in Bangalore. Mr Lee was invited to deliver a lecture on “Virtual Surgical Planning and 3D Reconstruction in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery”. This lecture was part of a session on Personalised Surgery in Facial Deformity and Trauma.
The Conference proper followed for the rest of the week. Held at the prestigious Sheraton Grand Bengaluru Whitefield Hotel and Conference Centre, this event coincided with the 50th year of existence of the Association.Mr Lee attended the conference, which was a wonderful learning opportunity, and was also an invited speaker, giving a presentation on Patient Specific Implants.
